This fall we did a wonderful trip through the alps.

I will start the description at the first interesting place. Don´t want to bother you with silly stories about the highway. Our first stop we made at the Silvrettastausee. To reach this wonderful spot just drive from the Montafone to the Patznaun valley or the opposite direction. This trip is beautiful. The street is open from May till October. We preferred to take the first option because of the wonderful restaurants in Ischgl.

After the brake we came back to the highway. But just for a few miles. In Landeck we turned right to Reschen. On this way we made the final stop of the day in Nauders. A wonderful small village with great Hotels and a perfect hiking area.

On the first day the weather again was awesome. Of course we couldn´t stay in the valley. We made a wonderful hike up to the Schartlkopf summit. It is 2808m above sea level. From there you have a perfect view and a awesome panorama. If you want to hear more about the trip please feel free to contact me.

The next day we moved down to Italy. Meran and Bozen are wonderful cities you shouldn´t miss if you plan to travel in this area. But even if it was beautiful we couldn´t stay there any longer since our next hotel already was booked. But this wasn´t an issue. The Naturehotel Lüsnerhof simply is awesome. It is almost completely wooden made. Don´t miss to check out there website if you plan to have a wonderful wellness and hiking vacation.

On the way back we passed Jauchenpasse, St. Leonhard and the Timmelsjoch.
